Shipping Policy

In stock sarees are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of an order being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During festive periods or high demand, dispatch may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location:

• Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5 to 8 business days
• Remote and rural pin codes: may take additional time

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, local restrictions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout on the marketplace before you confirm your order. Promotional free shipping may apply from time to time. For orders placed directly with us, any charges will be confirmed in writing before dispatch.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by the contact details on your order, or through the marketplace where you purchased. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes and through participating marketplaces, subject to their limits and charges. COD availability is confirmed at checkout. Where prepaid options are used, your payment is handled by the marketplace or its payment partner.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a courier does not service your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
